Acconto and saldo for every currently-confirmed child: how many have paid, and the money received, with and without IVA.

Outstanding Payments
Lists every currently-confirmed child who hasn't paid yet, so you can follow up directly.
Family Payment Status
One row per child, grouped by family (siblings sharing a parent email) across every class and school — so a family with an outstanding payment on any child shows up together, not scattered across separate class rosters.
Teacher Pay Projection ADMIN ONLY
Each person's lessons in the period (done, and still to come), with an estimated pay from the hourly rates below. Cover counts for the person covering; second teachers are paid the full rate; classroom assistants are paid for the days they are assigned.
Hourly rate (€)
Class Profit ADMIN ONLY
One row per classroom class: children, lessons, income (excl. IVA), teacher cost (main teacher, second teacher, cover and assistants), material cost and profit. Teacher cost uses the hourly rates in the Teacher Pay Projection card above, so save those first.
Material cost per child (€), by course
Income is the money received so far from the class's children. Families who haven't paid yet and refunds are not reflected, and private lessons are not included.
Schools & class codes
A printable reference: every school's code, and the day, time, size and course of each of its classes. Useful when writing info packs or checking a school code.
Signup Numbers Report
Total confirmed signups by school, by course type (PSY1/PSY2/EY1 etc. across all schools), and by individual class — for planning materials.
Pending Signups by Day
Choose a school to see every outstanding signup grouped by day, with what the parent originally requested and any band decided so far.
Confirmed Classes by School
Every confirmed class at one school (or all schools), with schedule, teacher, and enrolment/payment counts.
Cancellations
Everyone cancelled — children withdrawn after being enrolled in a class (with their last attended lesson, if any) and families who withdrew before ever being placed. Leave both dates blank for everyone ever cancelled.
Classes on a Given Day
Every lesson scheduled on one date, with what it's covering (if filled in on the class calendar), teacher, headcount, and acconto/saldo status. Only dates a calendar has actually been generated for will show anything.
Duplicate Student Records
Finds the same child registered as two separate student records — matched by codice fiscale where one's on file (near-certain), or by exact full name otherwise (check these by eye). Includes cancelled records.
Week view
Every lesson in the week, day by day. Use the buttons to show only primary schools, infant schools, private lessons, storytelling or copresenza, or pick a person to see their own week. Cancelled lessons are greyed out, and cover shows in place of the usual teacher.
Printable class lists
Pick the classes, then print them on A4 landscape: each child with class and section, parents' emergency numbers and the adults delegated to collect them.
Attendance Not Completed
Every lesson (school classes and private lessons alike) in a chosen week that isn't marked completed and isn't cancelled — including lessons still to come this week. Shows whether attendance has been partly taken, so you can tell "nobody's opened the register" apart from "a few marks are missing."

Staff Absences Report
Every absence declared, by anyone, in a given month.
Absences by Staff Member
Every absence one staff member has ever declared, plus how many of their lessons ended up covered vs are still open.
Child Notes Report
Every note a teacher has left against a child, across every class.
Lesson Notes Report
Every note a teacher has left on how a lesson went, across every class.
Completed Activities Report
Select one or more staff members and a date range to download a combined report.

Everything the selected staff did, in order: logins, attendance opened, attendance marked, pickup marked, parents called, notes added, behaviour reports filed. Uses the staff list and dates selected above.
